The primary care area south consists of Tegs, Hörnefors, and Nordmaling health centers. This position is located at Nordmaling Health Center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

You will work with psychosocial treatment both individually and in groups. You will assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues in children, youth, and adults. You will work individually with assessments and treatment interventions but will also collaborate in a team around the patient with other professionals at the health center and within the base unit, as well as cooperate with other organizations. Using clinical assessments and rating instruments, you will suggest appropriate measures. Based on your assessments, you will plan and carry out psychological treatment, both individually and in groups, using evidence-based psychological and psychotherapeutic treatment methods.

Your responsibilities also include being a link between the individual, healthcare, and various authorities. You have knowledge of social legal issues and community resources and assist patients in understanding laws and regulations, as well as helping with appeals of decisions. You will stay updated on the social legal field and provide information and guidance to your colleagues within your area of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work. You also have further education in psychotherapy, equivalent to level 1. Previous experience in clinical treatment work within psychological and psychosocial issues is considered an asset. Being a licensed healthcare social worker is advantageous but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can independently organize and plan their work effectively. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to drive processes forward. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate well with others.
